Cancellation Policy of Registration Fee and Tabletop Exhibit fee:
Registration fee is refundable when cancellation is informed to CICMT2010 office

fee is not refundable.
Exhibit cancellation made on or before 20 Mar 2010 will be refunded minus JPY10,000 cancellation fee, no refund will be given after that date.

Procedures for Making Hotel Reservations Online

1) Carefully read all the information on this page before continuing with your reservation.
2) Have your credit card ready. You must provide this information in order to reserve a room, etc.
3) Be sure to note the cancellation policy
4) Complete your registration and book your hotel room, on-line now, and receive instant confirmation by
e-mail. By printing this message with confirmation, you could directly check in, at the your hotel, 　without
any vouchers or coupons
5) All registrations and reservations made on this website require a valid email address. A confirmation /
acknowledgement of your reservation will be sent to you immediately upon completion of the online process.
6) To make a new registration and reservation, click and fill in the form.
7) Applicant Information
Please input your personal data such as your name, organization, and contact etc. To change or review
your registration, your "Password"(6 to 10 letters) will be necessary.
8) Hotel Reservation ....Selection of Hotels
We offer hotels near OVTA, the venue where the meeting will be held. Also a selection of hotel categories
(2- to 4-star) and each rate has been shown in the hotel list below.

9) Deadline For Hote reservation,
Friday, March 19th, 2010
Our advice is to make your reservation far in advance in order to be sure of having the best possible choice
among the various hotels and rooms. If you have a question for hotel reservations after the deadline above,
please contact us using e-mail.
10) Cancellations
Notification of cancellations to reservations can be made directly through this web site. After completing your
reservation you will receive a reservation number. With this reservation number and your password address
you can change or cancel your reservation and look up an existing reservation. Cancellations of reservations
will be charged an administration fee of JPY1000 per reservation. In addition, for cancellations received within
30 days prior to the arrival date, the following cancellation fees will be applied.
